Always verify that the provider you choose is participating in our network before you receive services. While it is our goal to provide accurate information, our provider network is subject to change without notice. Providers in all areas of our service region are included in the provider search. Please be sure to select the correct product (PPO, etc.) when beginning the provider search.

Out-of-Area Providers: PPO Members

Behavioral Health or Substance Abuse Services Providers

Mental Health Network (MHNet) manages behavioral health services for all Carelink members. MHNet will arrange all inpatient and outpatient mental health and substance abuse services -- you don’t need a primary care provider's referral. Call 1-800-633-1112.

Important things to remember about Mental Health Network:

• You must call Mental Health Network, Inc. at 1-800-633-1112 to receive a referral for any inpatient or outpatient behavioral health services. Staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you.
• Treatment must be coordinated through Mental Health Network. Should you seek behavioral health services without obtaining a referral and your provider not obtaining authorization, those services will not be covered and payment will be denied.
• If you are currently receiving mental health or substance abuse care, please call Mental Health Network to activate your benefits. The staff will assist you in accessing a Mental Health Network provider.
• If you have a mental health emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency care center. Contact Mental Health Network or have the provider at the emergency care center contact Mental Health Network as soon as reasonably possible.
